    In the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, Ramvriksh Sada of RJD won in this constituency beating Sadhna Devi of JDU by a margin of 2773 votes which was 1.92% of the total votes cast. In 2015, Chandan Kumar of RJD was the winner in this seat beating Pashupati Kumar Paras of LJP by a margin of 24470 votes which was 17.89% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2010 Assembly elections, Ram Chandra Sada of JDU won this seat defeating Pashupati Kumar Paras of LJP by a margin of 17523 votes which was 16.17% of the total votes polled for the seat.
