    In the 2020 Bihar Assembly elections, Siddharth Patel of JDU won in this constituency beating Sanjeev Singh of INC by a margin of 7413 votes which was 3.82% of the total votes cast. In 2015, Raj Kishore Singh of JDU was the winner in this seat beating Brishin Patel of HAMS by a margin of 31061 votes which was 18.66% of the total votes polled in the constituency. In the 2010 Assembly elections, Brishin Patel of JDU won this seat defeating Veena Shahi of RJD by a margin of 12828 votes which was 9.5% of the total votes polled for the seat.
